Elevator Studios has become Liverpool’s creative hub, providing working space for Artists, Musicians and Commercial Companies.
These Grade II listed warehouses which were once used to store cargo such as cotton, spices and coffee, have now become fantastic spaces full of music, art, business and ideas.
This is no ordinary office block.
From 200 to 3000 sq. feet these extraordinary working environments have become a magnet for commercial companies, arts collectives and musicians who want to rent happily priced, flexible spaces in Liverpool City Centre.
We have created 35 standard-sized offices and 18 full-floor studios to work and play in.
Architecturally, the 200-year-old warehouses have been reworked to provide interesting, feel-good spaces. We have retained many of the original, industrial features, so both communal areas and workspaces pay respect to their former lives with wooden beams, pulleys, chains and exposed brickwork.
The social hub of the building is centred around the Elevator Café which makes for a fantastic meeting and networking space. Discounted for Elevator residents but also open to the public, this is surely the best works canteen in town.
We offer state of the art rehearsal facilities with top of the range equipment available for hire, including PA’s, drum kits and amps.
We also provide fully secure, easily accessible storage.
Rooms can be rented on a permanent/monthly basis or can be booked by the session.
