Conceptual Framework:

“Reshaping the past” is grounded in the belief that objects carry within them layers of history, both real and imagined. The artists begin their creative process by sourcing a variety of old objects with rich histories. These objects serve as the raw materials for their artworks, acting as vessels through which stories are conveyed. Through techniques such as sculpture and mixed media, the artists transform these objects into evocative pieces that blur the boundaries between past and present

Themes Explored:

“Reshaping the past” explores a range of themes including nostalgia and the passing of time. Each artwork within the installation offers a glimpse into a different facet of history, inviting viewers to contemplate their own connections to the past.
