There’s no one floor fits all approach at Elevator, we’re a collection of large offices, creative studios and rehearsal spaces for music and tech businesses of all sizes and disciplines to make their own.
On the ground floor you’ll be welcomed by Arts Bar, the hub and heart of the building, and the impressive Giant Bikes retail space. As you venture through the building creativity and collaboration emanates through the corridors with bands in session preparing for tour, record labels, music producers and gaming companies creating classics and independents refining creative, unique projects.

Some of the UK’s most successful independent gaming companies, record labels and production companies have made Elevator Studios their long-term home, with our large office spaces allowing them to grow under our roof.
Collaboration is commonplace for our tenants, they make the most of the readily available network of experts, from website designers and developers to animation designers and virtual reality companies, podcast and voiceover studios to name a few of the tech companies within our building’s ecosystem.

Available on a short-term let basis, our creative studios allow small independents, creatives and artisans a place to put down roots whilst their businesses and projects take shape. With 40 low-cost studios across our buildings, you’ll find a melting pot of creatives from the bands recording with music producers, visual animation studios, software designers, fashion labels, podcasters and more.

COMMERCIAL TENANTS
Elevator also has a number of commercial units covering a host of uses from the hub of the building, The Arts Bar, offering the best of the Baltic Triangle’s hospitality and events, to Giant bikes, where you can view their showroom. There are plenty of independent businesses too such as It’s the Hair Studio and Powher, a gym that specialises in women’s strength.
rehearsal Space artists
Liverpool’s finest artists have prepared for the biggest gigs of their career in our recording and rehearsal spaces. They’ve grown with us and return time again for our flexible, laid-back vibe, and of course our operations co-ordinator, Mia, will ensure the space is fully set-up for your session and available should you need anything.
